Refund Policy

We strive to provide the most caring services possible for all those we work with and know that sometimes life events make previous commitments impossible to honour.

In such an event, please let us know as soon as possible, and as far as possible we will try to move your registration to a future course or coaching session delivery but this may not always be possible.

Our refund policy

Courses

• • Full refund up to 30 days before start of course (minus a $35 admin fee)

  • 50% refund up to 7 days before start of course

  • No refunds after 7 days before start of course

Coaching sessions

• Full refund up to 7 days prior to your coaching session

• 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to your coaching session

• No refunds after 48 hours prior to your coaching session
