Level 4 is the final stage of the foundational Lewis Deep Democracy learning pathway. This course focuses on integrating the psychological theory, inner awareness, and metaskills that allow the methodology to become embodied. Through experiential learning, you will explore your own patterns, deepen your sensitivity to the many roles that exist within yourself and others, and strengthen your ability to facilitate transformational processes with greater sensitivity and compassion. Building on Levels 1 to 3, where you explored the methodology, refined your practice in a learning community, and developed the courage to step into group process, Level 4 invites you to explore the treasure in the depths.

IS THIS COURSE RIGHT FOR YOU?
This advanced training is ideal for experienced leaders and facilitators ready for deeper inner work. While it is not a therapeutic space, we will use experiential activities to explore how your history and childhood dynamics impact your current facilitation. You maintain full choice over the depth you go, you will never be required to disclose more than you wish to, and group sharing will stay focused on high-level learnings. Because this work can be intense, it requires a solid personal support system, and a degree of stability in your life to help you integrate the learning. We will arrange a brief conversation prior with anyone accepted into the program to answer questions and ensure it's a good fit.
