We understand that things come up. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you require a refund.

Refund Policy

Courses

• • Full refund up to 30 days before start of course (minus payment processing charges and an additional $35 admin fee per each individual registration)

  • 50% refund up to 7 days before start of course

  • No refunds after 7 days before start of course

Coaching sessions

• Full refund up to 7 days prior to your coaching session (minus Stripe charges and an additional $35 admin fee per each individual registration)

• 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to your coaching session

• No refunds after 48 hours prior to your coaching session

If a course and its accompanying coaching sessions for a single participant are cancelled at the same time within the full refund window, only one $35 admin fee (along with payment processing charges) will be applied.
